As I assume all of you have noticed, I haven’t exactly been keeping up-to-date with the leafs cast. I do, however, have a new semi-daily podcast called the Leafs Nation Podcast which is now available and in it’s 8th episode. Check it out at LeafsNationPodcast.com.
UPDATE: Now in our 32nd installment of “Leafs Nation” and still going strong. We now have a new blog at http://leafsnation.wordpress.com and a forum.

Summer’s over, so I’m back on a routine, and not going on holiday without my laptop for weeks on end, so hopefully I can get one or two LeafsCasts in before the preseason begins. If you’ve been checking the feed in the last couple of days you’d have noticed th title is now LeafsCast (A/V). Yep, I’m now going to put video in the feed, I’m actually recording episode 2 currently as a video podcast. However I don’t want to completely obliterate audio updates but I am going to try and produce video as much as possible.
Also in the pipeline, I would like to get a Democracy Player channel, which will only be in video. For those who are unfamiliar with Democracy Player, visit www.getdemocracy.com.
I know it’s ben awhile, but I’m looking forward to be putting out lots of episodes for you people, so stay subscribed and tell your friends!

Due to the two missed how dates because of holidays, I’ve decided to switch from a weekly format, to a ad hoc kind of output. So whenever I get a free moment, I’ll deliver the news you care abuot.
Thanks for the patience and keep listening!

Episode number two is now in production so I thought I would take a break and give a brief update.
There isn’t much new news to cover so ot looks like this week’s show is going to be shorter than last’s. It would be great to get some audio comments in to beef up the show and gt some new persoectives in as well, which is always more interesting than me droning on and on.
Next week (episode 3) I think I might get in some guest speakers togive the show a new voice if no new listener feedback comes in. Remember, you can contact me at leafscast@gmail.com as always.

I was away on holiday for the last week so, as you noticed, episode 2 has been postponed one week. Sorry for the delay, and enjoy the show!
If you have any questions, comments, or corrections in text or audio form, please send them to leafscast@gmail.com.

It seems that twice during my podcast a message would play stating that “this was recorded using a trial version of propaganda,” and “to remove this message please puchase the full version.”
I’m very sorry for this, it is quite annoying so I’m closing shop for a while until this problem is fixed. This means no more LeafsCasts for a bit. Hopefully I’ll have this issue resolved soon enough though.

The very first episode is now available for download in iTunes. In this episode I discuss:
- the Leafs’ coaching situation
- signings and re-signings
- trades
- free agents
- the draft
- the now ex-Leafs
- the Toronto Marlies
- and some other topics
I must admit, the quality isn’t the greatest, but hopefully I can work out most of the bugs by next week.
Go Leafs Go!
Listen: Episode 001
